Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Gurgaon. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, drawings, measurements, and construction-related software.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities

* Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams

* Check measurements, quantities, and work progress

* Monitor material quality and consumption

* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation

* Ensure timely completion of assigned activities

* Identify and resolve site-related technical issues





* Ensure proper coordination between different agencies working at the site

* Follow safety standards and ensure safe working practices

Software & Technical Skills

* AutoCAD – mandatory

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

* Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera will be preferred

* Knowledge of construction/project management software and digital site-management tools

* Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings

* Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, billing, and site execution

Requirements

* Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

* 2–5 years of relevant site experience

* Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution

* Robust communication and coordination skills

* Willingness to work at the project site in Gurgaon
