We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, corporates and procurement teams.

The candidate will be responsible for bringing recent commercial interior fit-out, turnkey, furniture, branding and renovation projects for Sri Sai Realtors across Delhi NCR and other parts of India.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the commercial interior and turnkey project sector.
- Develop relationships with Corporate, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Project Management Companies, Procurement Teams and Facility Management Companies.
- Identify upcoming office, retail, hospitality, showroom, airport and commercial projects.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, references, cold calling, meetings and industry contacts.
- Approach companies for vendor registration and empanelment.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential clients.
- Arrange client meetings and site visits with the project/technical team.
- Understand client requirements, scope of work and project timelines.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design and project teams for quotations and proposals.




- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing projects.
- Maintain a proper CRM / Business Development Tracker with leads, meetings, quotations and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and upcoming projects.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
