· Field service visits - for PMS / Installation / service onsite
· Installation of equipment & training of hospital staff for operation of these machines.
· Arranging demo of equipment to prospect buyers if needed.
· Provide technical support to dealer/distributors for machines purchased by them.
· Maintain service reports
· Minimum service calls - Daily 3
· Outstation travelling to customer sites for service.
· Timely submission of reports & expenses to office
· Maintain cordial relationship with customers & maintain rapport with them
