- Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and target achievement
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance
- Maintain field discipline, reporting, and process compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and business growth
- ? Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Wallet/Fintech
- Experience with companies such as PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.
- Proven experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, and team handling
- Solid leadership,
communication, and people-management skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
