We are looking for a smart, presentable and professional HR Recruiter + Front Desk Executive who can manage day-to-day front desk operations along with recruitment and basic HR activities.

Candidates with prior experience in the Stock Market, Broking, Trading, or Financial Services industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with management.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Handle joining formalities and basic HR documentation.
- Assist in employee attendance and other routine HR activities.

Front Desk & Administration

- Greet and assist clients, visitors and candidates professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Manage visitor records and front-office activities.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office documents and basic administrative records.




- Provide general administrative support to the management and HR team.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good Hindi and English communication.

Preferred Experience

- Stock Market / Broking / Trading / Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with recruitment and front-office responsibilities will be an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with basic stock market terminology and working environment will be preferred.

Education

Graduate in any stream. HR/Management background will be an advantage.
