We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/WhatsApp interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and positions.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Fresh graduates, MBA/HR students, and candidates looking to start their career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
- Must be proficient in at least 3 regional languages, including any combination of Kannada, Tamil, Telegu and Malayalam.
- Good Command of English will be an added advantage.
