Saanchi's Silver, a premium designer silver jewellery brand, is looking for passionate and dedicated Jewellery Sales Associates to join its growing retail team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a genuine interest in jewellery, fashion, and customer service and are eager to build a long-term career in the luxury jewellery industry. Freshers are welcome to apply.

At Saanchi's Silver, selected candidates will receive 2 months of free professional jewellery training, covering everything from jewellery designing to finishing, product knowledge, and retail operations.

? Salary

? ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)

? Incentive: ₹5,000+ per month (Based on Performance)

Salary will be offered based on skills, experience, and interview performance.

- Assist customers in selecting designer silver jewellery
- Explain product features, designs, and pricing to customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle billing, POS transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation
- Manage inventory, stock counting, and merchandise organization
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-up records
- Support daily showroom operations and customer service activities
