Job SummaryEdlumina is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective students/parents, understand their requirements, explain our educational programs, and support the enrollment process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain Edlumina’s courses, programs, and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and appointments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for further follow-up.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.




- RequirementsAny Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
