Position: Continental Chef – Commis 1

Location: daWholesum Resto-Café, Ganeshwadi, Shivajinagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong culinary foundation can apply)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Fixed)

Joining: Immediate

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Continental dishes.
- Ensure all menu items meet quality, consistency, and portion standards.
- Support the Head Chef and CDP in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor ingredient stocks and report shortages promptly.
- Follow standard recipes and plating techniques as per café guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items.

Skills & Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of Continental cuisine (pastas, grills, sauces, salads, etc.).
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.
- Ability to handle kitchen pressure and multitask during service hours.
- Team player with good communication and discipline.
