JOB REQUIREMENT – FIELD SALES OFFICERS

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit retail stores daily according to planned routes.

* Promote and merchandise Health Sutra products at retail stores.

* Collect orders from retailers and coordinate with distributors for timely delivery.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

* Identify current retail outlets and generate new business opportunities.

* Ensure proper product visibility, display, and merchandising at stores.

* Follow up on orders and payments when required.

* Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

* Submit daily visit and sales reports to the management.

Candidate Requirements:

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Ayurvedic / Health products sales will be an advantage.

* Willingness to travel and visit retail stores daily.

* Target-oriented and disciplined.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
