Handle purchase and procurement of Pharmaceutical Finished Products.

Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quotations, rates, availability and timely delivery.

Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors.

Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain proper purchase records.

Coordinate with Sales, Stores and Accounts teams for smooth procurement.

Monitor pending orders and ensure timely availability of products.

Maintain and analyze purchase data using Google Sheets/Excel.

Prepare order planning, stock requirement and purchase planning based on sales and inventory data.

Track planned vs. actual orders and maintain regular MIS/data reports.

Candidate Profile:

2+ years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Purchase/Procurement.

Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Finished Products purchasing is required.

Valuable knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and data analysis.

Candidate should have practical knowledge of Order Planning, Purchase Planning and Inventory Data Management.

Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Working knowledge of ERP will be an advantage.

Female candidates preferred.
