Job Role: In-Store Promoter (ISP)

Location: Bengaluru

- Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and demonstrate Pureit water purifier products to customers visiting the retail store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water purifier products.
- Explain product features, benefits and offers to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Demonstrate products and provide basic product information to potential customers.
- Maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.
- Ensure proper product display and branding within the store.
- Track daily customer interactions, leads and sales.
- Submit regular sales reports as required.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in retail sales, in-store sales or product promotion.
- Candidates with experience in water purifiers, home appliances,



consumer durables or electronics sales will be preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Candidates with experience in brands such as Pureit, Aquaguard, Kent, Livpure, AO Smith, Havells or other home appliance brands will be an added advantage.

Qualification12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience1–5 years in Retail Sales / In-Store Promotion / Consumer Durables Sales
