Hiring: Area Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurant and Food Court Operations

Magic Food Zone / JMD Enterprises is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven area manager to manage and oversee our multi-brand (Bikanervala, Bikano, Barista, Subway, Hotel amp; Magic Food Zone) restaurant and food court operations across Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Jewar (Uttar Pradesh). This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in QSR, restaurant chains, food courts, and hospitality operations who have successfully managed multiple outlets and delivered consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets in the assigned area and ensure smooth functioning.

Achieve sales targets and improve profitability of each outlet. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Control food cost, labour cost, and wastage; track outlet-level KPIs. Supervise, guide, and train Outlet Managers and store teams.

Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve service issues promptly.

Coordinate manpower requirements, hiring, scheduling, and training with HR.

Monitor inventory,



stock levels, and supplier/vendor coordination at outlets.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and implement corrective actions.

Support new outlet openings and ensure brand standards across all locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, food court, hotel, or hospitality operations. Minimum 3+ years of experience managing multiple outlets (as Area Manager / Cluster Manager / Multi-Unit Manager).

Good understanding of outlet P&L;, cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to ensure performance through outlet teams while maintaining brand standards. Willingness to relocate to Mathura and travel across Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Jewar.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a 15-day notice period preferred.
