Job Analysis & Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, key skills, and ideal candidate profiles before posting positions
Sourcing & Advertising: Write explicit job descriptions and post them on job boards, career sites, and social media, while proactively sourcing passive candidates via professional networks
Screening & Evaluating: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for both hard skills and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage interview rounds between candidates and internal hiring teams, ensuring all feedback is collected and organized.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, assist with salary benchmarking and negotiations, and coordinate background checks.
Data & Metrics Tracking: Maintain records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve hiring strategies
