- Welcome and attend to showroom visitors, guiding them through our collections
- Prepare quotations and enter offline orders into SAP
- Follow up with resellers and marketplace partners
- Track orders to ensure on-time fulfilment
- Be the single point of contact for all customer care, online and offline, after the sale is closed
- Work closely with Arav, our Sales Head (B2B, Mumbai), as his point of contact at the factory
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, ideally in home décor, furniture or manufacturing
- Working knowledge of SAP (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Robust spoken & written communication in English
- Organised, dependable and comfortable following up until things are resolved.
