Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful property transactions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other sources.
- Understand customers' property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other details to clients.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and sales.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams for smooth deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated about property projects, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, BDE, or related field.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
