We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content planning, and digital campaign management.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating content, monitoring campaign performance, and helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing

- Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and reels.
- Write captions, ad copies, hooks, and social media content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.

Paid Advertising

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Assist with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.
- Manage campaigns for objectives such as Leads, Traffic, Engagement, Awareness,



and Conversions.
- Monitor budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and other campaign metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce cost per lead.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.

Content & Marketing Strategy

- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Develop content ideas based on business objectives.
- Create marketing strategies for different clients and industries.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, advertising features, and digital marketing practices.

Client Coordination

- Understand client requirements and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, video editors, and other team members.
- Provide campaign updates and performance reports to clients.
- Ensure campaigns and content are delivered according to the planned schedule.
