This role is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact payer and provider intelligence within a data-driven healthcare environment. You will ensure that complex, inconsistently structured records are accurately mapped into governed data hierarchies. The position combines US healthcare market-access expertise with hands-on data analysis, research, quality management, and governance. You will work across Product, Engineering, Content, Delivery, and Client Success teams in a global environment. You will also contribute to improving processes and operationalizing AI/ML-assisted mapping while maintaining appropriate human oversight. The role offers meaningful scope to influence data quality, product improvements, and scalable content operations.

Accountabilities:

• Map payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into governed hierarchies by reconciling inconsistent names, identifiers, relationships,



and structures across multiple data sources.

• Conduct online and source-based research to validate and enrich records, including plan types, parent organizations, PBM relationships, provider affiliations, and other relevant attributes.

• Assign confidence ratings, document mapping rationale, prepare outputs for senior review, and perform quality control on junior-analyst work.

• Monitor, cleanse, validate, and enrich data while identifying and resolving exceptions and recurring data-quality issues.

• Establish and maintain data quality standards, data dictionaries, metadata, data lineage, governance policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Conduct data profiling and analysis, identify root causes of data-quality problems, and recommend practical improvements.

• Develop and maintain data-quality dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other data-management tools using up-to-date analytics technologies
