About the position:
The Talent Acquisition is dedicated to managing the recruitment and onboarding for new hires, coordinating bulk hiring and onboarding activities in line with the organization's ramp-up schedule, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian tech talent landscape, strong stakeholder management skills

Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment approaches
• End-to-end recruitment: Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Operations, Projects & Engineering, Shipping, Innovation and Business Insights roles
• Lead candidate evaluation, salary offer discussions,



and negotiation processes
• Act as an advisor to hiring managers on compensation structures, workforce planning, and market trends
• Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development to meet GCC growth objectives
• Leverage HR business partner expertise to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes
• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with ATS systems (Workday, HiredScore) and sourcing tools LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

This role is on a third‑party payroll and all compensation, perks, and policies will be as per 3rd party payroll company.
