Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Motion Graphics & Design to join our creative team in India. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for an accomplished motion designer, editor and visual storyteller who can translate complex ideas—particularly scientific and technical concepts—into compelling, easy-to-understand visual communications.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional motion graphics and post-production skills with strong creative judgment, production experience and the ability to lead other creatives.

This individual should be equally comfortable developing a sophisticated animation in Adobe After Effects, editing a high-profile video in Premiere Pro, working on set with a camera, or providing creative direction and feedback to other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, design and produce sophisticated motion graphics, animation and visual effects for corporate, scientific, executive and external communications.
• Translate complex scientific, medical and technical information into clear, engaging and visually intuitive stories for a broad range of audiences.
• Create storyboards, style frames, animation concepts and visual treatments that establish a transparent creative direction before production.
• Serve as an advanced, hands-on expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of the broader Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem.
• Film and edit professional video content, including interviews
