This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Integrations) based in India.

This is a remote engineering role focused on expanding and strengthening enterprise integration capabilities.
You will design and build integrations connecting a core platform with a wide range of enterprise systems and tools.
The role spans the full integration lifecycle, from technical design and implementation through production monitoring and support.
You will collaborate closely with internal Product and Software teams as well as customer-side technical stakeholders.
Your work will contribute directly to reliable, scalable solutions used across areas such as CRM, customer service, field service, and asset management.
You will also help raise engineering standards through testing, code reviews, mentoring, and thoughtful technical design.

Accountabilities:

• Contribute to the technical architecture and design of customer integrations,



working directly with internal teams and external technical stakeholders.

• Design and implement integrated solutions tailored to specific customer use cases in collaboration with Product and Software teams.

• Build reusable connectors and integration packages for third-party systems, including web services hosted on AWS and custom solutions within partner ecosystems such as Salesforce.

• Own integrations throughout their lifecycle, from initial technical approach and implementation through deployment and ongoing production support.

• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing production integrations, diagnosing failures and implementing reliable solutions.

• Develop integration services that connect enterprise tools across CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, Asset Management, Facilities Management, and related business areas.
