We are seeking a customer-focused and technically driven R&D; Team Leader to lead the development of innovative consulting solutions, methodologies, digital tools, and technical capabilities within the power systems and energy consulting domain. In this role, you will drive Power Consulting R&D; initiatives that transform customer challenges, grid modernization requirements, sustainability objectives, and industry expertise into scalable and value-driven solutions.
You will lead a highly skilled team of power system engineers, consultants, and technical specialists, develop team capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of R&D; activities aligned with business priorities.
