As an Associate Production Manager at Murex, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of mission-critical trading and financial systems used by our clients around the world.
You will work closely with clients, support teams, consultants, and technical experts to maintain service stability, coordinate production activities, resolve incidents, and continuously improve the quality of our services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational coordination, problem-solving, stakeholder management,



and working in a fast-paced technology environment. You will be supported and mentored by experienced Production Managers while progressively taking ownership of your own client portfolio.

What You'll Do

Be a Trusted Partner to Clients
• Act as a key contact for production-related activities.
• Build strong working relationships with client support teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and ensure explicit, professional communication.
• Prepare service reports and contribute to client service review meetings.

Coordinate Day-to-Day Production Operations
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve incidents and production requests, and maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead investigation and conduct resolution of high-profile cross-domain incidents.
• Monitor instance health and track service KPIs and operational metrics.
