General Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Drive topline revenue growth across hotels through strategic sales interventions and account management.

• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue channels.

• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with organizational business goals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer dynamics.

Key Account Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and business stakeholders.

• Support units in acquiring and retaining marquee accounts.

• Lead negotiations for major contracts and corporate tie-ups.

Unit Sales Collaboration

• Work closely with unit DOSMs and hotel leadership teams to drive sales performance.

• Provide strategic direction and support for sales planning, account deployment, and conversion strategies.

• Ensure effective coordination between unit sales teams and corporate commercial objectives.

Performance Management & Reviews





• Track sales performance metrics, business pace, and account productivity.

• Conduct regular reviews with hotel sales teams to monitor targets and action plans.

• Drive accountability and execution across the sales function.

Business Development

• Represent the organization at industry forums, networking platforms, and client engagements.

• Strengthen brand visibility and market positioning within the hospitality sector.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling across business verticals.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Mentor and guide unit sales leaders for enhanced commercial effectiveness.

• Drive best practices, sales processes, and structured account management frameworks.

• Support talent development within the sales function.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong hospitality sales skilled with prior experience as a Unit DOSM or NSO leader.

• Exposure to handling multiple markets/account
