Job Description:
• Identify and onboard recent developers, builders, Channel Partners (CPs), DSAs, and real estate brokers to generate Home Loan business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, builders, and other key stakeholders within the real estate ecosystem.
• Drive Home Loan sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements through builder, broker, DSA, and channel partner networks.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for Home Loan sales and portfolio growth.




• Facilitate builder empanelment, project onboarding, and Approved Project Finance (APF) approvals.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement of loan applications.
• Conduct builder portal training and tranche release training sessions for developers, builders, and sales teams.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely case login, sanction, disbursement, and customer onboarding.
• Support customers throughout the Home Loan journey and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer, builder, developer, and channel partner queries within defined timelines.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, real estate developments, and emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, risk parameters, and compliance requirements.
