About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant

In this role, you will:
• Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
• Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
• Present recommendations for resolving business problems
• Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
• Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
• Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
• Business Systems / Technology experience,



with deep specialization in Loan IQ and Commercial Lending platforms, demonstrated through production support, analysis, testing, or implementation roles.
• Significant hands‑on experience (3–4+ years) supporting Loan IQ operations, including production support, issue analysis, testing, and commercial lending workflows.
• Demonstrated experience supporting commercial lending platforms, preferably Loan IQ, in production support, analysis, testing, or implementation roles
• Robust understanding of commercial lending and Loan Accounting processes, including syndications, loan trading, origination, and servicing activities
• Proven SQL skills, including the ability to analyze data and develop or interpret complex queries for investigation and resolution of production issues
• Experience acting as a liaison between business, operations, technology, and application vendors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
