Ocean contract Management Sr specialist

This position will support the Area Sales team and center trade and marketing teams to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes.

This position will be responsible for managing Tenders customers globally. This will include Quoting, tendering, contract maintenance, coordinating on disputes, IQ.

Will act as a single point of contact for all sales account owners / customer service teams and own the account from GSC.

Purpose of the role:

Looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Tender Management, Freight Pricing, Quotations, Contract Management, or Tender Bidding within the Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry. The role involves preparing and managing customer tenders, rate sheets, pricing proposals, and supporting commercial negotiations while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Candidates should have solid Excel skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) from Chennai. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.
