Job Description

As a Product Manager in the HR Product & Analytics team, you will:
• End-to-End Functional & Technical Ownership: Take full ownership of one or more HR functional areas (e.g., Performance Management,



Compensation, Learning & Tech Upskilling, Employee Experience). You will build process maturity roadmaps—progressing from isolated HR tools to connected, intelligent, and event-driven systems.

• Technical Solutioning & Engineering Collaboration: Act as a core technical thought partner to engineering teams. You should be able to break down complex business and operational workflows into tech architecture specs, API requirements, schema definitions, and event triggers. You will actively contribute to solution design, system design discussions, and trade-off evaluations.

• Data-Driven Flow Architecture: Use data modeling, event logs, and pipeline logic to map, explain, and validate complex user journeys. You will leverage telemetry and product analytics to continuously identify bottleneck steps, drop-offs, and manual touchpoints.
