Job Purpose: The role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of mechanical, electrical,



and plumbing construction work in accordance with project-specific cost and schedule requirements. This role involves managing MEP contractors, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Lead MEP Construction

Technical Management:

Provide technical advice to design staff, supervisors, inspectors, and contractors regarding installation and maintenance of MEP systems.

Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems and formulate effective solutions.

Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and general piping systems.

Project Documentation:

Review project documents, including tenders, specifications, bills of quantities (BOQs), material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance with design intent.
