About the role :
You will drive brand strategy and business growth by building a solid, consumer first brand in a digitally led environment. This role requires a sharp understanding of consumer behavior, strong digital marketing capabilities, and close collaboration with sales team to accelerate both brand visibility, discoverability and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead digital first brand building and marketing across platforms, including performance, content, and influencer marketing




· Develop brand strategy grounded in consumer insights, identifying unmet needs and driving category growth
· Translate strategy into strong go to market plans, campaigns, and creative execution
· Partner closely with sales, especially Q commerce, to drive business growth and win on digital shelves
· Track performance and optimise campaigns using data, focusing on key digital KPIs and ROI
· Monitor market trends, competition, and drive new product launches in market
· Align cross functional teams to deliver against brand priorities and execution
Education:
· Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Skills:
· Proven working experience as a Sr Brand Manager, Digital marketing manager, preferably in food industry
· Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
· Strong experience in digital marketing and online brand building
· Experience working with or driving
