About the Team:

ZF Test Systems specializes in developing and producing test benches for on- and off-road mobility. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on validation and development test facilities to enhance the quality of driveline, active chassis, tires, wheels, and brakes, contributing to improved safety and comfort for drivers.The company operates globally across various locations in Asia, Europe, and the US.

What you can look forward to as Service Coordinator / Spare Parts Management:

• Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to manage diverse customers across India and collaborate with internal teams.

• Prepare, review, and organize customer support documents such as Estimates, Delivery Challans (DCs), Invoices, and Proforma Invoices using SAP and MS Excel.

• Log service activities, quotations, warranty claims, and ownership changes as per internal process requirements.

• Coordinate with technical teams for understanding and fulfilling service requirements, spares management,



and timely documentation.

• Utilize Service CRM and BCS for tracking, escalation, and closure of customer issues and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Provide back-up coverage and support for key documentation and service admin tasks.

Your Profile as Service Coordinator / Spare Parts Management :

• Diploma / Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service/support roles, preferably in a technical or service centre environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP controls (service entry, documentation, tracking).

• Hands-on experience with Service CRM is mandatory. Robust organizational skills; accuracy in documentation and record keeping.

• Ability to understand technical team needs and coordinate spares movement/process support.

• Capable of multitasking, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines for ticket closures and documentation.
