We are seeking an Assistant Manager – CRM (APAC) to join our CRM team at Fossil Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are passionate about customer engagement and enjoy creating data-driven, personalized digital experiences, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will drive CRM campaign execution, customer lifecycle engagement, and omnichannel initiatives across APAC markets and brands.





What you will do in this role:
CRM Campaign Management

•
Execute the monthly APAC EDM calendar across markets and brands in partnership with Regional Marketing, Country Marketing, and E-commerce teams

•
Manage the end-to-end EDM lifecycle including briefing, copy and creative checks, inventory validation, approvals, testing, scheduling, and post-campaign reporting

•
Schedule and manage campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution

Customer Lifecycle & Journey Management

•
Collaborate with Global CRM and Country Marketing teams to redesign and execute automated lifecycle journeys across customer touchpoints

•
Develop and implement CRM innovations such as early-bird campaigns, contests, gamification, and other engagement initiatives to improve campaign performance
