This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager – Cold Forming (CF) (F/M/D) based in India.

This role is focused on driving the growth of Cold Forming solutions across the Indian market. You’ll combine technical expertise with business development, working closely with customers, distributors, channel partners, and internal teams. The position offers significant ownership of the opportunity pipeline, from identifying new prospects and understanding technical requirements to supporting trials and converting opportunities into business. You’ll act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, helping customers find effective solutions for their Cold Forming processes. The role also provides opportunities to identify cross-selling potential across related product lines. Success will require strong industry knowledge, customer engagement skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to market development.

Accountabilities:

Drive the growth and development of the Cold Forming business across India, with responsibility for building a solid and sustainable opportunity pipeline.

Develop and maintain productive relationships with channel partners, distributors, key customers, and industry stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, qualify prospects, and support opportunities through to conversion.

•
Provide technical expertise on Cold Forming applications, processes, and relevant chemical and lubrication solutions.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, application discussions, and customer consultations.

•
Support customer trials, product testing, application development, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

Identify opportunities for complementary product lines and generate qualified leads to support cross-selling initiatives.
