About the Job:
The Workday HR Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting functional projects and activities on the Workday HCM platform. It will provide second-level support to the HR departments throughout Europe for our main HR Systems. This includes handling service requests, testing the applications,
creating manuals on how to use the software and some light configuration changes in the systems. Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers
Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Relevant 2+ years in Workday in HCM Core, and one or more of the following Performance, Recruitment, and Advanced Comp, overall 5-8 years experience in supporting enterprise HR applications
Workday HCM Experience Preferred
