ICM Business Governance & Oversight team comprises of specialized staff with a broad mandate spanning all Global Onboarding, NAC approvals, Application entitlements, Monitoring SoD & EERS, LE Approvers, Enterprise Resilience, CSIPL Governance & Location Strategy. ICM BGO Objective is to ensure exceptional outcomes for Citi’s clients by performing the role of an Enablement and Controls function prioritizing enhanced control effectiveness, operational efficiency and strategic enablement across the critical functions.

The successful execution of this role requires the individual to demonstrate a wide range of financial, business, and strong interpersonal skills. The primary responsibility for the role is to provide day-to-day support in the smooth operation of ICM business including:

• Assisting with on boarding of new ICM staff members globally (NAM, EMEA and APAC)
• Tracking of potential new hires and readiness for recent starters - tracking start dates with HR. Gather and verify data accuracy.
• Role-based approver for specific set of legacy applications adhering to the CBAT & other regulatory requirements
• Raising CMP requests and coordination tech support for equipment and system access with seats, equipment, headset monitors, Laptops, monitors among others.
• Support the businesses and control groups with execution of various business, compliance and risk controls, namely
