Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
•
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of our events and social media technology solutions.
•
Define and prioritize the product backlog for the events and social technology stack, with a core focus on platforms including Cvent, Sprout Social, and Everyone Social.
•
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for this ecosystem, ensuring tight integration with our broader marketing technology landscape.
•
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies,



particularly AI applications for event management, social listening, content creation, and employee advocacy.
•
Evaluate and recommend recent technologies and AI-powered tools to improve event experiences, amplify our social presence, and increase operational efficiency.
Events, Social & Creative Art Technology Management:
•
Collaborate with event marketing, corporate communications, and social media teams to identify technology needs and strategic opportunities.
•
Collaborate with creative marketing teams to help address creative technology needs and strategic opportunities spanning Aragon, Copy.ai, Descript, Synthesia, Flip Snack, Flourish, Genially, MapMe, MapCreator & Typeface.
•
Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories for our development teams and vendor partners.
•
Oversee the management and optimization of Cvent to support the full event lifecycle
