Role Overview:
We're seeking a Compensation Manager to act as the subject matter expert and lead for compensation programs across India, APAC, and Japan. In this high-impact role, you'll own regional compensation analysis, drive execution of key programs, and influence strategy — partnering directly with HR Business Partners, COEs, People Services, Finance, and business leaders. Working with a high degree of autonomy,



you'll take general direction from management and independently drive complex, unstructured projects through to completion.

About the Role
Compensation Analysis & Strategy
• Lead market pricing, benchmarking, salary structures, and pay recommendations across India, APAC, and Japan, using external surveys to assess competitiveness and anticipate trends.
• Solve complex compensation problems using broad expertise and independent judgment; recommend best practices that improve processes and policies.
• Lead internal and pay equity analyses, surfacing risks and insights to leadership; contribute to future compensation strategy.

Annual Programs & Regional Support
• Own regional execution of annual merit, bonus, and equity/LTI cycles, partnering with Workday Team and People Services to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary compensation partner for local markets, accounting for statutory requirements, local practices, and cultural nuances.
