Department Description

Global capability hub team is responsible for providing financial analysis, information, forecasting and insight to senior leaders within, Technology, Operations, Investment Management and Corporate functions, as well as to the FIL board and the Global Operating Committee as a whole. The team is also responsible for corporate KPI and revenue, sales and assets reporting and for maintaining all revenue sales, assets and management accounts data globally.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a individual with leadership mindset to manage end-to-end Sales,



Assets and Revenue reporting within an Asset Management environment. The role will combine robust system expertise (Anaplan/Oracle), deep understanding of forecasting & budgeting cycles, KPI ownership, and global stakeholder management.
This role will lead a team responsible for accurate, timely, and insightful reporting while driving continuous improvement and automation across reporting frameworks.

About your role
We are seeking a commercially focused finance professional to lead Revenue, Sales, and AUM reporting while driving forecasting, planning, and business insight across the Asset Management business. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Distribution, and Business teams to deliver accurate reporting, forward-looking analysis, and strategic decision support.
