About the Role:-
This position performs moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI-powered solutions (Agent force, Einstein, and related generative/predictive AI tooling).



The position should have the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems including the design of program flow for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration logic, effective coding, and unit testing (Apex test classes, Jest for LWC).

Responsibilities:-
• Interface with business analysts, product owners, and other technical personnel to finalize requirements for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI-driven features
• Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity, including Apex classes, LWC components, Flows, and integrations
• Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design, build, and maintain Service Cloud capabilities (case routing, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, automation) that support large-scale support operations
