This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity to build and scale a modern Talent Acquisition function within a fast-growing technology and product environment. You will shape hiring strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and recruitment operations across highly specialized technical and business functions. The role combines executive-level stakeholder partnership with direct ownership of critical hiring activities. You will build scalable processes, develop talent intelligence, and establish data-driven mechanisms that improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability. You will also lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team while building pipelines for niche and business-critical capabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced TA leader who thrives in quick-paced, high-accountability environments and wants to make recruitment a strategic business function.

Accountabilities:

Develop and execute a company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, organizational growth, capability requirements, and future workforce planning.

Translate growth plans into structured hiring roadmaps, quarterly recruitment plans, priorities, and execution mechanisms.

Partner closely with founders, executives, business leaders, and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor.

Lead recruitment across specialized technology and business functions, including AI/ML, autonomous systems, robotics, embedded engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, HR, and operations.

Establish scalable recruitment frameworks, interview processes, hiring SLAs, dashboards, documentation, and governance mechanisms.

Standardize job descriptions, interview rubrics, evaluation forms, decision-making
