About the Role
Udhyam Learning Foundation is looking for a hands-on and analytically robust Finance Manager to join our Finance team and work closely with the Co - Founder.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that goes beyond accounting. You will be responsible for ensuring strong financial operations, meaningful management reporting, donor compliance,
audit coordination and effective cash management.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, building processes and partnering with teams across the organization.
