Key Responsibilities
• Own the overall commerce strategy, business growth, and P&L;, with accountability for revenue, profitability, and business performance.
• Lead category and marketplace growth across e-commerce and D2C channels.
• Identify new opportunities to expand revenue, customer acquisition, market share, and category penetration.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across digital commerce, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Manage pricing, assortment, merchandising, promotions, and other key commercial levers.
• Work closely with marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Monitor business metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Build scalable processes and operating mechanisms to support rapid business growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across category,



growth, marketing, operations, and other business functions.
• Use data, consumer insights, and market trends to drive strategic and commercial decisions.
• Identify opportunities to launch, build, and scale new categories, products, or commerce initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, E-commerce, D2C Growth, Marketplace Business, Consumer Technology, P&L; Ownership, Growth, or Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing a business with ₹10 Cr+ monthly revenue/P&L; ownership, or having built and scaled a business/category from scratch to ₹50 Cr+ monthly revenue.
• Solid experience in D2C brands, digital/lifestyle commerce, consumer technology, or marketplace businesses.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth consumer businesses
