As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you serve as the primary customer success leader responsible for orchestrating customer outcomes across Microsoft and partner teams.



You engage stakeholders, align on strategic priorities, and lead Customer Success Planning to help customers strengthen operational health, accelerate cloud adoption, and advance AI transformation initiatives. By connecting customer goals to Microsoft capabilities, Success Programs, and Success Management Services, you drive coordinated execution and measurable value realization. You proactively manage customer risks, guide governance and delivery rhythms, and help ensure customers achieve durable outcomes that strengthen trust and expand the value of their Microsoft investments.
