We are seeking a Team Lead – Strategic Sourcing to join our Procurement Operations team at Fossil Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are passionate about strategic sourcing and enjoy driving commercial value, supplier optimization, and complex global negotiations, this could be the perfect role for you. In this agile and global company, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across regions, delivering cost savings,



working capital improvements, supplier value, and sustainable commercial outcomes across the organization.

What you will do in this role:
Strategic Sourcing & Market Engagement

•
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including global RFPs/RFQs, competitive bidding events, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations

•
Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and align sourcing roadmaps with strategic corporate priorities

•
Conduct market and category analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, cost optimization gaps, and supplier alternatives

Commercial Negotiation & Value Delivery

•
Lead complex negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, service levels, and commercial agreements

•
Drive and track Hard Savings, Soft Savings, and Working Capital/Cash Flow improvement initiatives against defined targets

•
Develop data-driven category strat
