We are currently seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team in PAN India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Title: Full Stack Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for full stack solutions across backend (Python, C#/.NET) and frontend (React).

• Act as the primary technical interface with the client, driving solution discussions, technical decision making, and innovation initiatives.

• Design, develop, and govern scalable, secure, and high performance backend services using Python and C# (.NET, APIs, microservices).

• Lead development of modern, responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and associated frameworks.

• Define end to end solution architecture, including application layering, API contracts, data flows, and integration patterns.

• Drive technical innovation,



identifying opportunities for modernization, automation, performance improvements, and adoption of recent technologies.

• Translate business and non functional requirements into robust technical solutions and architectural blueprints.

• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the team.

• Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical design sessions.

• Oversee and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments. • Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reliability are embedded into all solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross stack technical issues.

• Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical excellence and growth within the team.

• Support estimations, technical proposals, and roadmap planning.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to align technology
