Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.

• 5 years of experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, running business reviews, or setting goals.

• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

• 4 years of experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

• Deep understanding of the full enterprise sales cycle, renewal/consumption business models, and full-funnel sales motions.

• Demonstrated relationship building skills with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (BI, marketing, partners, finance, sales operations, etc).

• Demonstrated record of high productivity and meeting deadlines, with a willingness to take responsibility, and comfort in rapid-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills.





• Demonstrated success in operating executive cadence and strategic insight, informing the direction of the business.
