Role OverviewWe're looking for an Ecommerce Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in Fashion & Lifestyle (Clothing, Jewellery, Footwear & Skincare) brands who can independently own and scale ad accounts,
from strategy to execution to reporting. You'll be the person clients trust to turn ad spend into profitable, measurable growth, not just impressions and clicks.

Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display,



and YouTube for multiple Fashion & Lifestyle D2C brand accounts (Clothing, Jewellery, Footwear & Skincare)
• Own campaign performance end-to-end: budget allocation, bid strategy, audience/keyword targeting, and creative/ad copy testing
• Continuously analyze account data to identify growth opportunities, catch underperformance early, and course-correct before it affects client ROI
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center feeds)
• Collaborate closely with creative, Shopify dev, and account management teams to align landing pages, product feeds, and ad creatives with campaign goals
• Prepare and present clear, data-backed performance reports directly to clients — translating numbers into a story they understand
• Stay ahead of platform changes (e.g., AI Max, PMax evolutions) and apply new features strategically, with a documented rationale — not adoption for its own sake
