We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns and also ensure that incoming leads receive proper, timely and professional communication.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForYou will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on awareness, lead generation and purchases.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Plan,



launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across different objectives such as Awareness, Traffic, Leads, Retargeting and Purchases/Conversions.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels for our course and product landing pages.
• Continuously improve campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM and Conversion Rate.
• Identify and test audiences using interests, custom audiences, lookalikes and retargeting strategies.
• Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences and landing pages.
• Coordinate closely with our creative and video teams to develop better-performing ad creatives.
• Manage campaign budgets and scale successful campaigns responsibly.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Conversion
