Role Summary

We’re looking for a Copywriter with 2–3 years of experience in a digital or integrated agency who can

think for themselves and write like it. Someone with a real way with words, a sharp read on culture and

the social landscape, and the range to write for very different brands and audiences.

This is a remote, pan-India role. You’ll work with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists and Client

Servicing teams without sitting in the same room, so we need someone we can rely on: who takes a

brief, owns it, and delivers thoughtful work on time with minimal hand-holding.

• An original thinker. You can take a brief, find the insight and land on an idea of your own, not

the first thing a tool suggests.

• A writer first. You write independently and well. AI can be part of your toolkit for research or

speed, but your thinking, voice and craft carry the work.

• Culturally switched on.



You know what’s trending, what people are talking about, how the

internet is reacting, and when a brand should (or shouldn’t) join the conversation.

• Versatile across categories. You can move from a bank to a fashion label to a real-estate launch

in the same day and sound right for each.

• Dependable, remotely. You communicate proactively, manage your own time, and people can

count on you without chasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Brief, Research & Insight
• Interpret client briefs to understand brand objectives, target audiences and the communication

problem to solve

• Research the brand, category, competitors and audience before writing
• Turn insights into transparent content territories and angles
• Copywriting & Content Creation
• Write high-quality copy across formats, including:
• Social media posts, campaigns and carousels
• Scripts for reels and videos
• Paid ads (search, display, social)
