As part of this team, you will work with clients to improve core finance processes, support Oracle-enabled transformation, and help drive greater visibility, efficiency, and control across the finance function. By bringing together strategy, process design, and technology enablement, we help organizations modernize operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team,



you will be responsible for supporting Oracle Cloud Finance engagements that help organizations improve finance operations, strengthen reporting, and enable scalable transformation.

• Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions across modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional design recommendations.
• Execute testing activities, support defect resolution, and help drive issue tracking through implementation and stabilization phases.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve finance processes across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
• Work with onsite and offshore team members to deliver project work products on time and support day-to-day engagement need
